A “peña” is a traditional establishment, typically found in South American countries like Argentina, where folk music and dances are performed live.
It’s a place where locals and tourists alike gather to enjoy the cultural richness of the region, often accompanied by food and drinks.
Peñas showcase the vibrant music, dance, and traditions of the area, offering an immersive experience into the local culture.
Join our nightly outings with small groups of up to 10 people to explore the “peñas” of Salta and embark on a magical night visiting 5 “peñas” in the city.
You’ll experience the exclusive history of the famous Boliche Balderrama, learn to dance folkloric dances, participate in singing and dancing shows, enjoy dinner of your choice, and end the night with an authentic guitar session with the local people.
Dinner will take place at the fourth “peña” (Panadería del Chuña), offering quick, varied, and exquisite cuisine. Here, passengers can dine freely with peace of mind, as show rights are covered by our company.

Hahaha! What a wonderful night of Peñas you made us have!! And what great company! Definitely, yes 💪, let’s continue in Jesús María!!
Thank you, Eze, for this beautiful and enriching experience. For showing us our culture so closely, even teaching us how to dance! We will definitely come back for more peñas tours 🙌🙂
Thank you, Ezequiel, for making me so happy, and for making me love the north even more! It was a night that remains engraved in my retinas and in my heart ❤️
No one in Salta should miss this circuit!!! Many thanks, Ezequiel, for letting us get to know the Salta peñas from the inside out, for your knowledge, for making us have fun, for revaluing culture and history, for everything you taught us, thank you Claudia for driving us. It was a night I will never forget 🫶🏼🩷✨️
A sublime and magical night experienced, there’s no way to define it, the fusion of generosity and professionalism is majestic. Incredible people making the tourist stop being one and become a night of friends, giving space to our tradition that represents us so much. You stayed tattooed in this heart, Eze I repeat, THE WORLD BOWS TO YOUR FEET, my admiration stays with you, Clau the sky is too small for how fabulous a woman you are. THANK YOU BOTH FOR EVERYTHING. ❤️👏❤️💯🔥
This tour was the absolute highlight of my trip to Argentina and one of the best experiences of my life! Our host was incredible—he truly made the night unforgettable. Not only did he teach us the traditional dances with so much patience and enthusiasm, but he also shared fascinating stories about the history and culture behind the peñas of Salta. His knowledge and passion for the local traditions made the entire experience so much richer.
What really stood out was how inclusive and thoughtful he was throughout the night. He made sure everyone felt welcome and part of the fun, regardless of our skill level in dancing. And to top it all off, he went out of his way to celebrate my birthday, making the night even more special. The energy, the music, and the atmosphere were unmatched, and the authentic guitar session at the end with the locals was such a magical moment.
Dinner at Panadería del Chuña was delicious, and the variety uof food options meant everyone found something they loved. I can’t recommend this tour enough—it’s a must-do if you’re visiting Salta
