From San Salvador de Jujuy: between 8 and 8:45 am for downtown accommodations.
From Tilcara: between 9 and 9:30 am.
From Purmamarca: between 09:10 and 09:40 am from the Purmamarca Bus Terminal.

RETURN TIMES

Starting at 5:30 pm.
The tour returns to San Salvador de Jujuy, but passengers can stay in Purmamarca or Tilcara.

Heading towards Humahuaca and Hornocal via RN9.

Tropic of Capricorn

The first stop is at the sundial that marks the exact point where the Tropic of Capricorn passes.

Pollera de la Colla

Next, the van stops to admire the Yacoraite Hill, also known as Mesón Amarillo or Pollera de la Colla.

Uquía

Stop at the town of Uquía, where you can see the church that houses its golden altar and Cuzco paintings of the musket-wielding angels.

Humahuaca town

The main square of the town and the Monument to the Heroes of Independence are observed.

From Humahuaca to Hornocal

From the town of Humahuaca, the tour continues for 25 km. on RP 73 towards the Hornocal Mountain Range, where this imposing sedimentary formation of colors can be appreciated from a natural viewpoint at 4350 meters above sea level, which can be observed in full from 2 viewpoints.

Return to San Salvador de Jujuy

After the visit to the Hornocal viewpoint, the group returns towards San Salvador de Jujuy. Passengers have the option to stay at intermediate points such as Humahuaca, Huacalera, Purmamarca, or Tilcara.
