The website serves as an access portal to information about products offered by Dexotic and third parties, including links to third-party websites. The products and services of these companies are provided exclusively by them. The information contained on this website does not, in any way, express or imply approval, endorsement, or agreement with the advice, opinions, information, products, or services of third parties. We do not control, guarantee, or assume responsibility for the accuracy, timeliness, or even the continuous availability or existence of such content, hyperlinks, websites, or third-party pages linked to this site.

General Information

  • Services do not include lunch, admission to museums, archaeological sites, or additional extras (unless specified for each activity).
  • Wear comfortable and warm clothing during winter (thick jacket, gloves, and hat), sunscreen, and sunglasses. Check the weather forecast in advance.
  • People with cardiovascular and/or respiratory issues should consult their doctor before traveling, as excursions take place at altitudes between approximately 1,200 and 4,200 meters above sea level.
  • Passengers are responsible for their luggage and personal belongings. The company is not liable for losses or forgotten items.

Program Variations

  • The company and/or its contractors reserve the right to make partial or total changes due to unforeseen circumstances or force majeure.
  • The company is not responsible for changes to excursions caused by weather conditions, landslides, road closures, government decisions, theft, or damage/loss of luggage.
  • Return times are approximate and may be delayed due to external factors or exceptional circumstances.
  • It is not recommended to book excursions on the same day as a flight or other important commitments. The company is not responsible for missed flights due to delays.

Cancellation Policy

  • From 14 to 8 days before arrival: 30% of the total amount will be retained.
  • From 7 to 4 days before: 70% of the total amount will be retained.
  • From 3 days before to the day of the excursion: 100% of the total amount will be retained.

These conditions apply without exception, regardless of the reason for cancellation (including transport strikes, roadblocks, or force majeure).

  • These conditions apply only to regular excursions. For private or special excursions, the deposit is non-refundable.
  • Once services have started, any suspension, modification, or interruption for personal reasons will not result in a refund.
  • For outsourced services, the cancellation policy of the respective provider will apply (Decree 2181, Art. 21).
  • In case of refunds, the company may retain incurred costs, plus a 10% commission on services contracted with third parties.

Responsibility for Outsourced Services

Dexotic acts as an intermediary between passengers and service providers. Its responsibility is governed by Law 18829 and its Decree N2182, Art. 14, which states: “…Agencies are exempt from all liability to the user, except in cases of negligence or fault, when companies perform activities regulated or approved by competent authorities that establish the terms of the contract between companies and users.”
