This adventure tourism package is put together for the fans of sports and outdoor. It consists of 4 activities, being the main adventure attractions in Salta.<\/p>\n

Pack 2 consists of 4 adventure trips<\/strong>, which comprehend either half a day or a full day. Every trip leaves from and returns to Salta on the same day. You need to be available for 4 full days, albeit not necessarily consecutive.<\/p>\n

DEPARTURE \/ RETURN<\/strong><\/td>\nEvery day, passengers are sought from accommodations in the downtown area of Salta City (except in Rafting, which passengers should go to the place where the transport departs)<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
DURATION<\/strong><\/td>\nThis adventure tourism package consists of 4 half-day and 1-day adventure trips leaving Salta and returning to Salta every day. You must have 4 full days (no need to be consecutive).<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

Mountainbike Yungas Circuit<\/a><\/h2>\n

This is\u00a0one of the most enjoyable MTB routes in Salta<\/strong>, combining fun and exercise. In the first part, the road goes gradually uphill. This is a trail perfectly apt for all persons with a minimum level of physical condition and who know how to ride a bicycle. Depending on the level of the group, our guide selects a more or less difficult route by combining different trails available.
\nTo fully enjoy the nature with its river and waterfalls, very refreshing in summertime, various breaks are scheduled in for some short walks. The second part, consist of a downhill section via several trails leading to our starting point again.<\/p>\n

Half day Horseback riding in Chicoana with BBQ<\/a><\/h2>\n

Chicoana is a traditional village in the Salta Province<\/strong>, which has not changed despite of the touristic boom in other places. For this reason, it converts itself into a stop, where the tourist can see the true rhythm and authentic life.
\nAfter a 40 minutes transfer, we will arrive to the farm where the owners give us a warm welcome and present us the horses. The horse riding goes through the surroundings of the farm with beautiful views on the green and lush mountains around the village. Trails lead into the hills and there will be time for those with more experience for some galloping.
\nUpon return, the barbeque will be ready and the owner of the farm will be happy to share more stories and anecdotes.[\/timeline_item]<\/p>\n

Rafting class III in Juramento River<\/a><\/h2>\n

Starts with the\u00a0transfer to the operating base near the Juramento River, passing by the Cabra Corral Dam<\/strong>. After an initiation on rafting and security, the equipment will be handed out and the descent to the rapids commences. There are 10 Class III and 5 class II rapids, given shape by the impressive Juramento Canyon. This canyon is like an open gash in the mountains. Its walls, some 65 million years ago, were enormous shores inhabited by prehistoric animals.
\nThe descent starts at the base and ends 12km farther, in the place called El Paraje Los Lapachos.
\nReturn to the base is done in by coach. The barbeque will be ready.<\/p>\n

Half day Trekking in the Yungas forest<\/a><\/h2>\n

A trekking through the area of the Yungas, the hilly jungle around de city of Salta<\/strong>. The participants will have the opportunity to get to know the lush vegetation that sets the mountains and foothills of the region, and will have a look at the city and valley of Salta from several natural panoramic viewpoints. We leave early from the city center and go westwards. After a short ride by car, we arrive at a natural reserve where our trek begins. The first part is a steep climb, to reach the woods or forest following old paths, covered in green, used by the few shepherds in the area.[\/timeline_item]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
